From time to time there may be issues that you may wish to raise with us. We are confident that the majority of these can easily be resolved through discussion with the appropriate staff members. Please see the contact information here.

If for any reason the contact with a member of staff does not resolve your issue in the first instance, the matter would be looked at by a member of the Senior Leadership Team. If, after this, you are still not satisfied, the school has a Complaints Policy that enables the issue to be referred to the Governing Body.

The Governing Body will only investigate a complaint if the matter has already been managed by the school's Senior Leadership Team and has not been resolved.
